Program:
Our goal is to provide a calm, relaxed place for kids to have time to socialize, play outdoors, build, create art projects, read, dance, and generally have a good time! We go outside every day, rain or shine, to play at the Magnolia Playfield or Playground. We provide a snack daily.
Kaleidoscope School Staff will pick up registered kids from Blaine and Magnolia schools at established meeting places. When weather allows (ie, most days unless it is pouring rain!) they’ll walk together to the Magnolia Community Center Playground for 30-45 minutes of physical activity. Then, the groups will walk together to Kaleidoscope School’s School Age Classrooms for the remainder of the afternoon.
Kids in the Kaleidoscope School Elementary Program will be picked up directly from the K/1/2 Classroom each day, and brought to their After School classroom.
Parents can pick up their child(ren) any time before 6:00 pm.
The ratio of children:staff will be no more than 7:1 (14 children per class, and two teachers)
